Production Process

Little Boy Valve has complete and efficient production and management system. When we  receive the order, all departments including administration, marketing, production and QC will work together to make an optimal production plan&schedule as per customer's requirements. After all requirements from clients are clear for every department, production team will keep going smoothly with the schedule to ensure products quality and delivery. If any predictable or sudden emergency situation happened, production manager has responsibility to take necessary plan and actions to make sure the quality and delivery. The deployment personnel strictly comply with above principle in the production process.

Factors that should be considered in the production plan

1) Determine the quantity of raw materials like valve castings, stems, accessories etc.

2) Allocate production personnel reasonably to ensure production schedule proceeded smoothly.

3) When the production plan needs to be adjusted due to an emergency situation, the responsible person should take an effective measure to manufacture according to the new production requirements.

4) Every single valves needs to complete with a strict pressure testing before packing. Unqualified products will be transferred back to the production department for secondary dismantling at the first time. Unqualified products can not leave factory.

Delivery process

When production is finished, sales department would take pictures and record testing videos according to customer's requirements to submit a testing report. If get delivery permission from customer, all goods will be packaged well and dispatch within the specified time.
